Information we collect
We collect contact details, consultation preferences, residence interests, purchase ranges, available-capital ranges, timing, funding preferences, country or city and consent records. Eligible campaign and click identifiers are captured from eligible URL parameters and stored in browser session storage for the browsing session. They are included with a lead submission whether or not analytics is accepted. Analytics events only run after analytics consent. We do not ask for payment-card details through this page.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requested consultation or project information, understand the residence route you selected, arrange a booking where appropriate, keep necessary service records, and protect the site from misuse.
Automated fit rules use your residence interest, purchase range, available capital, funding plans, timing and decision role to suggest either a consultation or further project information. These are initial routing checks, not an assessment of financial suitability. You can ask the controller for a human review.
Legal bases
For a requested consultation or project information, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request. Optional direct marketing and analytics use depend on your consent. We process session campaign attribution and, where you submit a lead, the attached campaign attribution for legitimate interests in understanding how the request reached this service and operating the lead-delivery process, balanced against your rights. We may also process limited information for service operation, security and record-keeping where this is necessary for legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
Service providers and transfers
Live processor roles, provider identities, locations and UK/UAE transfer safeguards require controller approval before this demonstration can be used in production.
Retention
Campaign attribution remains in browser session storage for the browsing session. If you submit a lead, the attached attribution is retained with that lead no longer than necessary for the stated purposes, to manage a requested consultation, or to meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask the controller to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to receive information about its use or a portable copy where relevant. You do not need to agree to optional marketing to request a consultation or project information. You can change analytics choices at any time using the Privacy choices control. To withdraw optional marketing consent, contact the controller to withdraw optional marketing consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing before your withdrawal.

Please contact the controller first so concerns can be considered. If you are in the UK, you can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
